November Hello

My Saturday night has been a struggle. I ate a huge amount and paid the price. Even this Sunday morning has been difficult. 
Lessons to be learned on discipline for healthcare on keeping a reasonable diet. 
Plenty of salad today I think. 
The rain is endless last week hopefully next week sunny days. The week ahead my heating is being checked plus a doctors check on my knee. 
Preparing for the lockdown on Thursday. 
Not a pleasant surprise how long is the journey.
Just back from countryside day out extremely mild afternoon so beautiful image's can't beat autumn scenery. 
My legs  are sore wth the muddy fields in fact 
Got into the river. Many people walking around the gorgeous green landscape. That rain is seen to fall everywhere. 
Checked forecast, sunshine on the way joy amazing. Hopefully, the week is smooth the weekend is going to quite. 
All necessary work finish before lockdown.

Island portrait | vibrant coast
